The IEM Katowice 2023 schedule is confirmed, with 24 elite CS:GO teams arriving at Poland's Spodek Arena to do battle for their share of the $1m prize pool.

The tournament starts on Tuesday 1 February and here’s everything you need to know about the showpiece event. Times are GMT and betting odds are correct at the time of publication.

IEM Katowice Schedule

IEM Katowice 2023 starts on Tuesday 1 February 2023 and ends with the Grand Final on Sunday 12 February 2023.

This year’s tournament is split into three phases: play-in, group stage and playoffs.

Play-In - 1 February to 3 February

The play-in stage is a double-elimination bracket. Opening matches are best-of-one (BO1), with following matches BO3. The top eight teams qualify for the group stage, beginning February 4.

Group Stage - 4 February to 7 February

The IEM Katowice schedule involves two groups of eight teams playing a double-elimination GSL bracket format. All matches are BO3.

The winners of each group progress to the semi-finals, while group runners-up enter the play-offs as quarter-final high seeds. Third-place teams also make it to the play-offs, but as quarter-final low seeds.

Play-Offs Bracket - 10 February

The IEM Katowice 2023 play-off bracket is single-elimination, with all matches BO3, except the final, which is BO5.
