Premier League Odds Boosts 5 November and 6 November 2022
We’re down to the penultimate weekend of Premier League football before the World Cup and there’s some blockbuster fixtures on the box.
There’s no lunchtime kick-off on Saturday but four games kick off at 3pm. Leeds can leapfrog Bournemouth with a win at Elland Road, bottom-placed Nottingham Forest are at home to Brentford, while struggling Wolves host Brighton.
Meanwhile, champions Manchester City can go top of the table if they beat Fulham at the Etihad Stadium.
The first TV game is at Goodison Park, where improving Leicester will be looking to climb out of the relegation zone with a win over Frank Lampard’s Everton, who start the day in 12th place.
There’s five games on Sunday, with Chelsea vs Arsenal getting us under way at noon. Arsenal go into the weekend top of the table and on the back of a 5-0 win over Forest in their last league fixture, while Chelsea were on the wrong end of a 4-1 defeat at Brighton last weekend.
Newcastle will be looking to underline their top-four credentials when they travel to Southampton in one of three games at 2pm, the others being Aston Villa vs Manchester United and West Ham vs Crystal Palace.
Sunday’s showpiece sees Spurs welcome Liverpool, with the visitors smarting from two damaging defeats by Forest and Leeds in their last two league fixtures. Tottenham were forced to battle back from behind in their last two outings, against Bournemouth and Marseille, and Liverpool will surely provide another big test.
